5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to Household Saga - including source code, UI designs, logos, and content-belong exclusively to Adrian C. Prelipcean Consulting AB or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership rights to any material on hhsaga.com.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Household Saga is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uptime.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swedish law, Adrian C. Prelipcean Consulting AB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of data or profits) arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use Household Saga.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the general courts of Sweden, with the District Court of Stockholm (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance.
